It took me a pretty long time to figure out what to wear for this beachy wedding I was going to in Mexico. Something told me that I didn’t want to go traditional and get a flowy dress. And thank goodness I listened to that little voice because it was actually crazy windy during the ceremony. But that didn’t take away from how beautiful the bride was. Wind or no wind she was all smiles and just beaming with love for her new hubby. Everything about this wedding was what anyone could wish for on their special day.
This was really the first time I tried a matchy matchy two piece outfit and I must say, it is amazing. It looks like it’s one piece when worn together but then I can also style these pieces separately with other items. Double win! And it was absolutely perfect for the wedding reception. I got diggity down in comfort fo sho. So easy to dance in and because the material was kind of thicker, when it cooled down at night, it kept me just a tad bit warmer where I was covered. I think it’s time to add some more matchy matchy two piece outfits to my wardrobe for the summer. I’ve picked out some other faves for you guys at the bottom of the post.
