VELVET AND BOWS

TRANSITIONAL LOOK WITH VELVET AND BOWS ACCENTS

Fall is here and nothing rings in a new season than a new hot bag made of velvet and bows.  This J.W. Anderson beauty gives me all kind of feels as it is the perfect cherry on top of this monochrome look.  I’m glad to see the velvet trend is still strong going into the colder months this season and along with the ribbon bow accents this bag is a happy addition to my collection. I’ve been wanting a J.W.Anderson bag for a while so I’m glad I held out for the perfect one. This style also comes in other colors in velvet. Check them out in the SHOP THE POST section at the bottom. I want to say thank you to Farfetch for collaborating with me and featuring this look on their Power Dressing article. The article features some amazing bloggers that also happen to have successful careers outside their fashion blogs. Please check out the article for yourself HERE.

Fall also rings in the season of over the knee boots and I’m busting out my favorite pair from Brian Atwood that I got on super super sale years ago.  This has been a staple for my cold weather days for a long time and I’m so glad I have taken good care of these babies so I can enjoy them for more years to come.  If you still haven’t put a pair of high quality black suede over the knee boots in your wardrobe, I suggest you wait no longer.
