SUMMER LAYERING WITH CARGO ROMPER AND SLEEVELESS TRENCH
Layering in summer heat may not make that much sense but is definitely possible. That’s probably why I have a lot of sleeveless trenches and vests in my closet. One because I have a deep love for them and two they can be super versatile throughout the seasons. Here’s one way I use them in the summer. Sometimes I get a little self conscious when I’m wearing something a tad on the sexy side and a little revealing so I like to throw on a vest/trench to feel just a little covered up. Don’t want to show all the goodies all at once yanno?
I love this cargo romper because of the fun pockets and super deep V. I actually pinned it a little so the neckline was a little closed up because I was headed to an event dinner this night. I also really dig the color. It’s one of those great neutrals that works with my skin tone and matches the navy blue of my trench and bag. Finished it off with my favorite nude heels. If you haven’t invested in a pair of Stuart Weitzman nudist heels, you definitely should. This particular color and the slim straps elongate your legs and is flattering with so many outfits. Oh and minor thing that always drives me crazy after I go through my photos… finding that I have a hair tie on my wrist. Ugh. I always forget to take it off for a shoot. LOL. Any of my blogger babes feel me on this?
